Montblanc E-Commerce Technology Specialist

- Manage the Q&A process for digital sales functionalities, including UAT and KUT, across multiple platforms and systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, including release management and post-project go-live management.
- Ensure a stable, state-of-the-art technical e-commerce infrastructure to support business growth and compliance with Group requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, marketing, management, or a comparable field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a D2C e-commerce business or agency.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and technology integration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, OMS, CMS, and PIM/DAM solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Resourceful and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business or agency is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, marketing, management, or a comparable field.
