1. Manage the Q&A process for digital sales functionalities, including UAT and KUT, across multiple platforms and systems.
2. Support the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, including release management and post-project go-live management.
3. Ensure a stable, state-of-the-art technical e-commerce infrastructure to support business growth and compliance with Group requirements.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, marketing, management, or a comparable field.
2. Over 3 years of experience in a D2C e-commerce business or agency.

1. Deep understanding of e-commerce and technology integration.
2. Familiarity with ERP systems, OMS, CMS, and PIM/DAM solutions.
3. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous.
4. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
5. Resourceful and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business or agency is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, marketing, management, or a comparable field.
