- Collaborate with Product Category, Marketing, and UX teams to enhance product descriptions, specifications, and digital assets for SEO relevance and conversion optimization.
- Own and manage the translation process for all product content, ensuring high-quality localization for global markets.
- Act as the central point of contact for all digital product content and translation-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with translation agencies, freelancers, and in-house linguists to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
- Manage the upload and maintenance of product images and videos.
- Develop and implement best practices for structuring and managing product content, aligning with brand guidelines and market needs.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve content scalability and translation efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and PIM/DAM systems.
- Experience managing large-scale translation projects across multiple languages and regions.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize content performance.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year in product content management, localization, or digital content operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
