1. Collaborate with Product Category, Marketing, and UX teams to enhance product descriptions, specifications, and digital assets for SEO relevance and conversion optimization.
2. Own and manage the translation process for all product content, ensuring high-quality localization for global markets.
3. Act as the central point of contact for all digital product content and translation-related inquiries.
4. Coordinate with translation agencies, freelancers, and in-house linguists to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
5. Manage the upload and maintenance of product images and videos.
6. Develop and implement best practices for structuring and managing product content, aligning with brand guidelines and market needs.
7. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve content scalability and translation efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

1. Proficiency with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and PIM/DAM systems.
2. Experience managing large-scale translation projects across multiple languages and regions.
3. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize content performance.
5. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

A minimum of 1 year in product content management, localization, or digital content operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
