- Maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts for all sales channels by reviewing historical sales performance and anticipating future demands aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee inventory fulfillment percentages for novelties and continuities, negotiating additional allocations with headquarters.
- Execute inventory distribution across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, considering sales targets, category mix, and merchandising strategy.
- Re-balance stock between sales channels to maximize sales turnover and operational margins.
- Manage inventory supply for brand/boutique events in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
- Maintain close relationships with internal departments and demand/distribution planning teams at headquarters through continuous communication.
- Define key objectives related to inventory levels, including total inventory value, stock month coverage, assortment and model stock fulfillment percentages, and overstock percentages.
- Control inventory in and out to optimize business benefits.
- Arrange return shipments for excessive stock to headquarters or other countries.
- Act on tasks related to products with Product Life Cycle (PLC) and headquarters guidelines.
- Maintain material master data, ensuring compliance with global/local standards and policies.
- Ensure seamless supply chain flows from headquarters to end customers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor shipment status of all backorders to ensure timely receipt.
- Identify product or local regulation constraints and propose action plans to mitigate risks.
- Participate in group projects on operations or IT requiring brand involvement.
- Supervise digitized online special sales and on-site friends & family sales, from product quality inspections to billing document creation, while coordinating event preparations.
- Serve as a SAP key user in the modules of Order-To-Cash (OTC) and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Support other supply chain management operational tasks in collaboration with team members.
- University degree
- Over 10 years of professional experience related to demand/inventory planning in the retail or luxury industry
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
- Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to numbers
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail and result-oriented
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
