- Develop and execute regional CRM strategies by leveraging client and market analysis, adapting central strategies to regional needs, and updating regional and HQ teams on progress and results.
- Cultivate a client-oriented mindset among store teams by inspiring, coaching, and supporting them in executing clienteling activities, and promoting best practices.
- Promote and support privileged relationships with top clients to enhance market leadership among high-end individuals.
- Utilize data analytics to segment customers and deliver personalized experiences, ensuring CRM activities align with data protection regulations and HQ requests.
- Manage CRM budget in alignment with the Senior Marketing & Communication Manager to optimize CRM activities.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial CRM role within the luxury retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Detail-oriented management with a focus on retail excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- High-level CRM and KPI analytical skills.
- Leadership skills to guide boutique teams.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
A minimum of 10 years in CRM and client-related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related discipline.
