Montblanc CRM and Trade Marketing Intern

- Contribute to the implementation of Montblanc France's CRM strategy, including drafting and translating newsletters and managing the CRM calendar in alignment with HQ guidelines.
- Create personalized newsletters for wholesale partners using the Brevo tool.
- Support the organization and coordination of retail and wholesale activations, including planning and executing exclusive events and spontaneous sales operations.
- Assist in the proofreading and approval of eDM campaigns, ensuring communication aligns with brand standards.
- Engage in daily communication with the global team and CRM agency.
- Provide support to wholesale partners in developing their newsletter strategies.
- Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events, tracking budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
- Proactively research new suppliers and partnerships to enhance customer experience and optimize budgets.
- Aid in defining marketing plans for the wholesale network in collaboration with partners and the sales manager.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and create toolkits and support materials for partners.
- Assist in budget management and maintain daily contact with service providers for quotes.
- Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Marketing.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector, specifically in CRM or Trade Marketing.
- Proficiency in English with impeccable spelling.
- Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous work ethic.
- Strong understanding of the luxury industry and its dynamics.
A minimum of one prior experience in the luxury industry, focusing on CRM or Trade Marketing.
Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
