1. Set up multi-spindle CNC lathes independently (Index).
2. Oversee ongoing production, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
3. Manage new production runs.
4. Create inspection documentation.
5. Ensure material flow, including independent reporting of production orders.
6. Instruct machine operators.
7. Maintain and service the machinery.

1. Completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally as a cutting machine operator specializing in turning technology.

1. Experience with CNC lathe operation and programming.
2. Excellent vision and strong quality awareness.
3. Teamwork and communication skills.
4. Willingness to work in shifts.

Experience in handling and programming CNC lathes is required.
