- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client Relations Centre Europe, advising clients on online sales and after-sales topics.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in Italian, English, and German; proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous.
- Convert customer interest into sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Accurately process phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations, and refunds in internal systems.
- Assist customers with online order entries and independently manage customer inquiries regarding repairs, pricing, and technical information.
- Handle customer complaints through phone, email, or chat, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor delivery times and collaborate with the distribution center to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Conduct creditworthiness checks and manually validate online orders to prevent fraud.
- Completed university studies or equivalent training in retail or a related field.
- Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call center, or hospitality, with a preference for phone sales experience.
- Sales experience or customer contact in retail is advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and German; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and holidays when required.
Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call center, or hospitality, ideally with phone sales experience.
Completed university studies or equivalent training in retail or a related field.
