- Serve as the primary contact for customers at the Client Relations Centre Europe.
- Advise clients on sales through the Online Boutique and after-sales topics.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Convert customer interest into phone orders and generate additional sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Accurately enter phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations, and refunds in internal systems.
- Assist customers with online order entries and independently handle customer inquiries regarding repair status, pricing, and technical explanations.
- Manage complaints through phone, email, or chat.
- Monitor delivery times and collaborate with the distribution center on availability and delivery dates.
- Check creditworthiness of online customers and manually validate all online orders to prevent fraud.
- Completed university studies or training in retail or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call center, or hospitality, ideally with phone sales experience.
- Sales experience or customer contact in retail is advantageous.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to represent Montblanc as a brand ambassador.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility and resilience in stressful situations.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and holidays when required.
Professional experience in high-quality customer service, call center, or hospitality, ideally with phone sales experience.
Completed university studies or comparable education in retail or related field.
Compensation is determined by the personal grouping by the compensation committee according to the job description, experience, and qualification.
