1. Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients, while introducing additional and alternative sales.
3. Represent Montblanc as a brand ambassador, communicating the Maison's passion and guiding clients through product inspirations.
4. Study and convey the storytelling behind each collection, understanding the inspiration and interpretation by the Maison.
5. Process cash and card payments, ensuring accurate balancing of cash registers with receipts.
6. Manage stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy, quality checking, and proper storage in the back office.

1. Previous experience in a sales role within a boutique environment.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
3. Strong customer and goal orientation.
4. Elegance, outstanding manners, and a sense of style with an appreciation for luxury items.

2. Passion for Art and Design.

4. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM applications.

Prior experience in a sales role within a boutique, preferably with recent or current experience in Naples to leverage client relationships and partnerships.
