- Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives, including high-value item sales strategies.
- Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients, while introducing additional and alternative sales options.
- Process cash and card payments, ensuring cash registers are balanced with receipts.
- Receive and store large deliveries of stock and maintain organized inventory.
- Stock shelves with merchandise to ensure a well-presented boutique.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail boutique environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong customer and goal orientation.
