1. Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
2. Develop and implement sales initiatives, including high-value item sales strategies.
3. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients, while introducing additional and alternative sales options.
4. Process cash and card payments, ensuring cash registers are balanced with receipts.
5. Receive and store large deliveries of stock and maintain organized inventory.
6. Stock shelves with merchandise to ensure a well-presented boutique.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail boutique environment.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
3. Strong customer and goal orientation.
4. Elegance, outstanding manners, and a refined sense of style.
