- Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients, while introducing additional and alternative sales.
- Represent Montblanc as a brand ambassador, communicating the Maison's passion and guiding clients through product inspirations.
- Study and convey the storytelling of each collection, understanding the inspiration and reinterpretation in Montblanc's creations.
- Process cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy in balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Manage stock deliveries, including accuracy checks, quality assurance, and proper storage in the back office.
- Previous experience in a boutique sales role.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong customer and goal orientation.
