1. Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients, while introducing additional and alternative sales.
3. Represent Montblanc as a brand ambassador, confidently communicating the inspirations behind each product.
4. Process cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy in balancing cash registers with receipts.
5. Manage stock deliveries, including checking stock list accuracy, quality checking pieces, and proper storage.
6. Study and communicate the storytelling of each collection, understanding the inspiration and reinterpretation by the Maison.

1. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Italian.
2. Previous experience in a boutique sales role.
3. Recent or current work experience in Naples.
