- Organize and gather CRM assets from content platforms and teams, coordinating with agencies for image editing.
- Support asset consistency alignment across channels and E-commerce.
- Maintain the quality of Automated Customer Journey and check product availability.
- Handle market requests for ad-hoc communications.
- Manage the translation process for market localization.
- Develop benchmark analysis for best-in-class CRM communications within and outside the industry.
- Assist in executing and maintaining content for data capture landing pages.
- Support the extraction and reconciliation of reports from various sources.
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Marketing, or in a gap year between studies.
- Passion for client experience and retention.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in client retention and CRM is essential.
Currently pursuing or in between a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
