1. Develop and implement comprehensive procurement plans for precious metals, considering production forecasts, market trends, and inventory levels.
2. Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing and negotiation to order placement and delivery.
3. Optimize purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.
4. Oversee the purchase of commodities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
5. Collaborate with the New Technologies Team to organize and manage the timely shipment of goods to various markets.
6. Work closely with the customs department to ensure full compliance with all import/export regulations and resolve any compliance-related issues.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, finance, and customs teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement and shipping processes.
8. Stay informed about all relevant trade regulations and compliance requirements, proactively identifying and addressing potential compliance risks.

1. Successful completion of a degree or equivalent professional experience in a comparable position.
2. Proven professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably with experience in precious metals or regulated materials.
3. Solid understanding of international trade regulations and customs requirements.

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in relevant software/systems, such as SAP and ERP systems.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably with experience in precious metals or regulated materials.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
