- Assist in day-to-day merchandising activities, including report preparation and data analysis.
- Participate in seasonal planning, including assortment and sales quantification.
- Engage in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with various markets.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from boutique teams on product launches and collections.
- Conduct competitor analysis on market trends and best sellers.
- Support the creative team in visual merchandising projects, including window and in-store decorations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activations and client experience guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing activations with retail teams and wholesale partners.
- Maintain the marketing activations calendar.
- Support retail operations projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Attend and document retail and office meetings.
- Assist in retail activations, including events, pop-ups, and private sales.
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Department and assist in training logistics.
- Cover for boutique staff during emergencies and peak seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree or final year student in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- Logical and creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Organized, agile, and hands-on approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
No prior experience required, but an understanding of luxury business operations is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or final year student in Business, Economics, or Finance.
