- Oversee P&L management and execute the retail strategy to meet sales objectives across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Collaborate with the Brand Regional Office on strategic initiatives to enhance brand value in local markets.
- Lead and motivate teams to optimize performance and deliver results.
- Manage relationships with landlords and partner closely with Richemont support functions.
- Accountable for DTC sales budgets and implement merchandising, incentives, and action plans.
- Develop initiatives for training, coaching, and incentives to elevate client service standards.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Events to drive boutique performance.
- Plan and monitor monthly sales targets, analyzing data to support business improvements.
- Define and ensure the delivery of training programs for frontline teams.
- Monitor staff performance, set key performance indicators, and review performance metrics regularly.
- Facilitate efficient operations in line with brand standards and group compliance.
- Support the Communications team in planning and implementing brand communication strategies.
- Represent the brand in respective markets, maintaining the highest standards.
- Develop and manage both frontline and office teams, fostering an entrepreneurial environment.
- 10 years of market experience in brand management and/or retail.
- Proven success in team management and motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and decisiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and open-minded approach to creating opportunities.
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data to support business proposals.
A minimum of 10 years in brand management and/or retail, with a proven track record in team leadership and business development.
