- Deliver exceptional omnichannel service, focusing primarily on e-boutique, to meet client satisfaction, sales, and after-sales inquiries.
- Represent Montblanc by promoting its values and becoming knowledgeable about the brand's history, products, and marketing initiatives.
- Drive sales growth through corporate gifting initiatives, client outreach, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets by capturing sales leads and increasing conversion rates.
- Process merchandise orders initiated via phone and website, requiring extensive data entry.
- Become a brand expert by continuously seeking new brand and product knowledge.
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, including product information, stock availability, and product care.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing all inbound calls, emails, and chat in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations management team to track client inquiries and capture customer data using CRM tools.
- Partner with the After Sales team to ensure product and repair service needs are met and handle escalation situations.
- College or Technical Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in eCommerce, especially in the luxury retail sector preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the luxury brand market segment.
- High level of maturity, poise, and sound business judgment.
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb extensive brand and product information.
- Confidence and technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in eCommerce, particularly within the luxury retail sector, is preferred. Familiarity with a call center environment and CRM tools such as SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
College or Technical Degree preferred but not required.
