Montblanc Brand Ambassador

- Deliver exceptional omnichannel service, with a primary focus on e-boutique, to meet client needs and expectations.
- Drive sales growth through corporate gifting initiatives, client outreach, and fostering ongoing client relationships.
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets by capturing sales leads and increasing conversion rates.
- Exemplify sales culture and achieve individual sales goals by identifying opportunities to build revenue and increase average invoice.
- Process merchandise orders initiated by phone and website, involving significant data entry.
- Become a brand expert by acquiring extensive knowledge of Montblanc's history, products, and marketing activations.
- Answer a wide variety of customer inquiries, including product information, stock availability, and product care.
- Ensure operational excellence by handling all inbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations management team to track client inquiries and capture customer data using CRM tools.
- Partner with the After Sales team to deliver on product and repair service needs and serve as a contact for escalations.
- Experience in eCommerce, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the luxury brand market segment.
- High level of maturity, poise, and sound business judgment.
- Ability to absorb extensive information on brand history and product offerings.
- Technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in eCommerce, particularly within the luxury retail sector, is preferred.
College or Technical Degree preferred but not required.
