- Oversee boutique sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage and develop a high-performance team, focusing on recruitment and nurturing talent.
- Enhance client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Oversee product and inventory management to optimize stock levels and product availability.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and operational efficiency.
- Compile and analyze sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, preferably luxury.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer service expertise.
- Proficiency in inventory and product management.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role within the retail sector, with a preference for luxury brand experience.
