Montblanc Boutique Sales Associate

- Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service in accordance with Montblanc standards.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and expand brand and product knowledge.
- Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with colleagues to ensure smooth boutique operations.
- Take responsibility for product safety and adhere to brand guidelines and directives from the Boutique Manager.
- Manage customer relations and communication, including handling complaints and maintaining the customer database.
- Ensure adherence to brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
- Implement marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
- Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues, including cash register and warehouse tasks.
- Participate in inventories and merchandise management, preventing potential losses.
- Provide necessary information to store management for report preparation and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Proven sales experience.
- Commercial maturity.
- Knowledge of Montblanc products and brand.
- Ability to impact and communicate effectively with clients.
- Service orientation with the ability to detect customer needs.
- Sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent appearance and presentation.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar sales role is required.
