1. Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
2. Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service in accordance with company standards.
3. Continuously improve sales techniques, expand brand and product knowledge, and refine customer service skills.
4. Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with colleagues to ensure the proper functioning of the boutique.
5. Take responsibility for product safety and adhere to brand and Boutique Manager guidelines.
6. Manage product sales effectively and achieve set sales goals.
7. Handle the sales process according to client type and ensure client satisfaction.
8. Develop sales initiatives and manage communication with clients.
9. Increase the customer database and manage customer complaints with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
10. Maintain consistent adherence to brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
11. Respect and ensure the implementation of all marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
12. Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues and demonstrate versatility in cash register and warehouse tasks.
13. Participate in inventories, prevent potential losses, and manage merchandise reception and shipments.
14. Provide necessary information to store management for report preparation and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
