- Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service in accordance with company standards.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, expand brand and product knowledge, and refine customer service skills.
- Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with colleagues to ensure the proper functioning of the boutique.
- Take responsibility for product safety and adhere to brand and Boutique Manager guidelines.
- Manage product sales effectively and achieve set sales goals.
- Handle the sales process according to client type and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop sales initiatives and manage communication with clients.
- Increase the customer database and manage customer complaints with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Maintain consistent adherence to brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
- Respect and ensure the implementation of all marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
- Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues and demonstrate versatility in cash register and warehouse tasks.
- Participate in inventories, prevent potential losses, and manage merchandise reception and shipments.
- Provide necessary information to store management for report preparation and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Proven sales experience.
- Commercial maturity.
- Knowledge of Montblanc products and brand.
- Ability to impact and communicate effectively with clients.
- Service orientation and ability to detect customer needs.
- Sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent appearance and presentation.
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar sales role.
