Montblanc Boutique Sales Associate

- Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.

- Maintain cordial and respectful relationships with colleagues to ensure the proper functioning of the boutique.

- Handle the sales process tailored to the client type and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer relations and manage communication with clients according to brand standards.
- Increase the customer database and manage customer complaints with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Maintain brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
- Implement marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
- Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues and demonstrate versatility in cash register and warehouse tasks.
- Participate in inventories, prevent potential losses, and manage merchandise logistics.
- Provide necessary information for store management reports and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Proven sales experience.
- Commercial maturity.
- Knowledge of Montblanc products and brand.
- Ability to impact and communicate effectively with clients.
- Service orientation with the ability to detect customer needs.
- Sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent appearance and presentation.
A minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly in a luxury retail environment.
