- Increase the customer database and manage customer complaints with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Maintain brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
- Respect and implement marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
- Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues and demonstrate versatility in tasks.
- Participate in inventories and prevent potential losses.
- Provide necessary information to store management for report preparation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Commercial maturity and understanding of luxury client expectations.
- Ability to impact and communicate effectively with clients.
- Service orientation and ability to detect customer needs.
- Sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent appearance and presentation.
A minimum of one year of experience in luxury sales is required.
