- Conduct direct sales with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

- Display merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and merchandise tagging.
- Maintain control over merchandise to prevent shrinkage.
- Provide after-sales service, handling returns and queries to enhance brand image and meet client expectations.
- Manage cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Expand the client database by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail in merchandise display and inventory control.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
