- Conduct direct sales transactions with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with Montblanc's brand guidelines.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and ensure merchandise tagging is accurate.
- Control inventory to prevent shrinkage and ensure merchandise security.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing client returns and queries to enhance brand image.
- Manage cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation following company policies.
- Develop and maintain a client database, fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales systems and software.

A minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.
