1. Conduct direct sales transactions with clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with Montblanc's brand guidelines.
3. Participate in monthly inventory counts and ensure merchandise tagging is accurate.
4. Control inventory to prevent shrinkage and ensure merchandise security.
5. Provide after-sales support, addressing client returns and queries to enhance brand image.
6. Manage cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation following company policies.
7. Develop and maintain a client database, fostering relationships with new and existing clients.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes.

A minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
