Montblanc Boutique Manager

- Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
- Maximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room.
- Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
- Create annual business plans.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth.
- Manage P&L including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to improve results.
- Ensure operational execution in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed.
- At least 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Affinity for luxury goods; experience in watches and jewelry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage a P&L.
- Strong clienteling skills.
- Strong floor management skills.
- Resourceful and a problem solver.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of business and social etiquette.
- Highly customer-oriented, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Expert computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Expected salary range: $110k-$120k, negotiable based on skills and experience.
