Montblanc Boutique Manager

- Maximize boutique turnover and profitability through strategic sales initiatives.
- Generate sales both inside and outside the boutique, including presentations to VIP clients.
- Control discount management and general expenses within the boutique.
- Conduct performance analysis, KPI development, and SWOT analysis for the boutique.
- Maintain direct contact with royal clients and collectors, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Implement customer relationship programs and improve database registration quality.
- Set KPIs and targets for the team, fostering personal development and talent management.
- Motivate, monitor, and appraise team performance, integrating and training new Sales Associates.
- Support the Retail Director in the recruitment process of new team members.
- Serve as the main contact for all boutique-related requests, adhering to Richemont Montblanc Retail Procedures.
- Optimize stock management, ensuring proper replenishment, rotation, and inventory control.
- Ensure timely delivery of boutique reports and maintain boutique operations and security.
- Define objectives and support marketing activities in collaboration with the Retail Director.
- Develop merchandising concepts and ensure excellence at the point of sale in coordination with the Visibility Manager.
- Coach boutique teams and monitor self-learning progress with the Sales Trainer.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
