1. Maximize boutique turnover and profitability.
2. Generate sales both inside and outside the boutique, including presentations to VIP clients.
3. Manage discounts and control general expenses within the boutique.
4. Conduct performance analysis, develop KPIs, and perform SWOT analysis for the boutique.
5. Set KPIs and targets for the team and manage their personal development.
6. Motivate, monitor, and appraise team performance.
7. Integrate and train new Sales Associates.
8. Support the Retail Director in the recruitment process.
9. Serve as the main contact for boutique-related requests.
10. Adhere strictly to Richemont and Montblanc retail procedures.
11. Optimize stock management, including replenishment, rotation, and inventory.
12. Ensure proper execution and timely delivery of boutique reports.
13. Maintain the boutique and implement security concepts.
14. Execute promotions and incentives at the boutique level.
15. Define objectives and support marketing activities in collaboration with the Retail Director.
16. Develop and implement a merchandising concept.
17. Ensure excellence at the point of sale and control display quality in coordination with the Visibility Manager.
18. Coach boutique teams and monitor their self-learning progress in coordination with the Sales Trainer.
