3. Ensure adherence to Montblanc brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer service.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on results and customer service.
5. Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews for team members.
6. Ensure optimal staffing and coverage for all boutique operating hours.
7. Optimize stock, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sell-through.
8. Collaborate with operations and logistics for efficient stock availability.
9. Oversee till operations, IT systems, security, and maintenance for the boutique.
10. Ensure impeccable customer service and memorable client experiences.
11. Develop and implement CRM strategies and unique customer experiences with marketing teams.
12. Manage VIP client relationships and promote corporate gifting opportunities.
13. Oversee all client service and related topics.

2. Demonstrable strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, support, and develop teams.
3. Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience in building client-centric and omnichannel-minded teams.
