Montblanc Boutique Manager

- Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
- Maximize sales potential through coaching and performance management.
- Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
- Create annual business plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Manage P&L, monitoring and controlling expenses to improve results.
- Ensure operational execution in line with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor Loss Prevention policies.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
- Affinity for luxury goods; experience in watches and jewelry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in managing a P&L.
- Strong clienteling and floor management skills.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of business and social etiquette.
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
