1. Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
3. Maximize sales potential through coaching and performance management.
4. Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
5. Create annual business plans.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
7. Manage P&L, monitoring and controlling expenses to improve results.
8. Ensure operational execution in line with company policies and procedures.
9. Implement and monitor Loss Prevention policies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
2. Affinity for luxury goods; experience in watches and jewelry is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
4. Proficiency in managing a P&L.
5. Strong clienteling and floor management skills.
6. Resourceful problem solver.
7. Strong communication skills.
8. High level of business and social etiquette.
9. Customer-oriented, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
11. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems.

A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
