1. Manage all aspects of the boutique in alignment with the commercial strategy and global standards of image and service.
2. Achieve sales, service, and operational KPIs.
3. Adapt to market changes and develop sales planning in collaboration with the Retail Director.
4. Lead and retain staff through effective communication, training, and career development initiatives.
5. Promote a deep understanding of CRM's business relevance.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating enthusiasm for the brand's history and culture.
7. Coach the team on brand guidelines and luxury selling culture.
8. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and share insights with the team.
9. Provide leadership and motivation, fostering a positive work environment.
10. Identify individual strengths and development areas for team growth and succession planning.
11. Organize and delegate responsibilities efficiently according to business needs.
12. Provide regular feedback and support through coaching and training.
13. Support the onboarding process and strengthen staff retention.
14. Achieve sales goals and develop selling strategies based on market trends.
15. Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
16. Differentiate products in competitive selling situations and coach the team accordingly.
17. Establish a client-centric mindset and lead the team to achieve CRM KPIs.
18. Promote clienteling as a daily activity and build a loyal clientele.
19. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints confidently.
20. Implement brand guidelines and best practices in boutique operations.
21. Control inventory proactively and optimize sales while maintaining healthy stock levels.
22. Ensure boutique visibility and environment align with brand standards.
23. Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and manage inventory effectively.
24. Maintain the boutique in excellent condition at all times.

1. Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of sales and management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Additional languages are advantageous.

1. Excellent selling, customer service, and clienteling skills.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Proactive, organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years of sales and management experience in luxury retail, preferably with a background in accessories and watches.

Tertiary education required.
