1. Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
3. Maximize sales potential through coaching and performance management of sales associates.
4. Develop and review performance goals for sales associates.
5. Create and implement annual business plans.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
7. Manage P&L, monitoring and controlling boutique expenses to improve results.
8. Ensure operational execution and adherence to policies and procedures.
9. Implement and enforce Loss Prevention policies and practices.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
2. Affinity for luxury goods, with a preference for experience in watches and jewelry.
3. Proven leadership abilities.
4. Proficiency in managing P&L.
5. Strong clienteling and floor management skills.
6. Resourceful and adept at problem-solving.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. High level of business and social etiquette.
9. Customer-oriented, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
11. Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Preferred knowledge of SAP.
3. Experience with CRM systems.

A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrated leadership and P&L management experience.

Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
