- Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
- Maximize sales potential through coaching and performance management of sales associates.
- Develop and review performance goals for sales associates.
- Create and implement annual business plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Manage P&L, monitoring and controlling boutique expenses to improve results.
- Ensure operational execution and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Implement and enforce Loss Prevention policies and practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
- Affinity for luxury goods, with a preference for experience in watches and jewelry.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in managing P&L.
- Strong clienteling and floor management skills.
- Resourceful and adept at problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of business and social etiquette.
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with CRM systems.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrated leadership and P&L management experience.
Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
