Montblanc Boutique Director

- Own full P&L for the Masaryk boutique; set and deliver sales targets, margin objectives and KPI performance.
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to ensure high-performance selling, clienteling and service standards.
- Design and implement local sales and client acquisition strategies, including VIP/clienteling programmes and events.
- Oversee daily store operations: visual merchandising, stock management, ordering, cash controls and loss prevention.
- Ensure the boutique consistently represents brand standards across store experience, product presentation and client communications.
- Manage recruitment, rostering, performance reviews and labour cost control in line with budget.
- Collaborate with regional management, marketing and wholesale teams on promotions, product launches and inventory flow.
- Proven leadership ability with excellent people management and talent development skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and delivering sales growth.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and a track record of developing VIP clientele.
- High personal standards of presentation, discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury brand.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a store leadership role (Boutique Manager/Store Director) and direct responsibility for commercial results and team performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent retail management experience will be considered.
