- Oversee the receipt, verification, and organization of incoming merchandise, ensuring alignment with delivery documentation.
- Maintain and organize inventory both in the back of house and on the sales floor, ensuring secure storage and accessibility.
- Conduct regular stock counts and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Boutique Manager for replenishment needs.
- Manage inter-boutique transfers and returns to the central warehouse.
- Accurately label and tag products in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Handle after-sales service items, coordinating with service centers for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage the inventory of after-sales service items, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
- Facilitate the return of repaired items to clients, ensuring quality checks are completed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient back of house environment.
- Order and manage sales packaging, stock materials, and boutique supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of boutique inventory cycle counts and full counts.
- Support the Boutique Manager in updating operational procedures in line with audit processes.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Familiarity with luxury retail operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
