Montblanc Assistant Merchandising Manager

- Support the Senior Manager in managing assigned product categories.
- Oversee daily operations of the merchandising team, including reporting and product sample coordination.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend actionable plans to improve performance.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for assigned categories.
- Participate in annual and biannual buying sessions in Europe.
- Gather and consolidate product feedback from sales channels to inform assortment planning.
- Ensure regional needs are represented to HQ and advocate for North America in global discussions.
- Partner with Planning & Allocation to execute merchandising strategies efficiently.
- Track and report on product performance through regular analyses.
- Prepare presentations and executive recaps to communicate strategies and results.
- Build strong partnerships with store teams and corporate functions.
- Contribute to regional projects for the AVP, Merchandising Americas.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- 3–4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related field, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of retail math and merchandising processes.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP and Looker preferred.
3–4 years in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related field, with luxury retail experience considered a plus.
Expected salary range: $75K-$85K, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
