- Contribute to achieving and exceeding the boutique's established sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze sales reports and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Ensure every customer receives personalized attention and exceptional service, in line with brand standards.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering brand loyalty.
- Support the training and continuous development of the sales team.
- Motivate, guide, and supervise the team to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Assist in scheduling and task allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee proper product presentation, ensuring compliance with Montblanc’s visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring record accuracy and minimizing losses.
- Coordinate merchandise reception and dispatch, ensuring process integrity and punctuality.
- Guarantee strict compliance with internal company policies and procedures.
- Implement and support brand marketing and promotional initiatives, contributing to demand generation and strengthening Montblanc’s image.
- Organize and coordinate boutique events and activities aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and threats for the business.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Experience in managing and supervising work teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Montblanc products and brand history (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, sales management systems, and CRM).
