12. Maintain proper boutique maintenance and security.
13. Assist with boutique reports and analysis.
14. Define and follow up on KPIs and targets for the team.
15. Motivate and integrate new sales associates.
16. Train and coach the boutique team.
17. Execute boutique reports and marketing activities.
18. Optimize stock management with the Stock Controller.
19. Ensure excellence at POS and control quality of displays.
