- Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales and profit objectives.
- Apply international and local retail guidelines to enhance operations.
- Support the Boutique Manager in managing the boutique team effectively.
- Drive sales both within and outside the boutique, including presentations to VIP clients.
- Control discount management and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as cash register operations and stock management.
- Coach and observe the sales team to improve sales processes.
- Maintain direct contact with high-profile clients, including royals and collectors.
- Contribute to customer relationship programs and improve database registration.
- Ensure professional customer service and after-sales service execution.
- Act as the main contact for boutique-related requests in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure adherence to Richemont and Montblanc retail procedures and security concepts.
- Assist with boutique reports and analysis.
- Define and follow up on KPIs and targets for the team, motivating and training new sales associates.
- Support marketing activities and ensure excellence in visual merchandising and stock management.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on sales and team management.
