Montblanc Assistant Boutique Director

- Develop and implement annual sales strategies in alignment with the company's commercial policies.
- Analyze boutique performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage external relations with competitive entities and traditional partners such as hotels and restaurants.
- Oversee daily operations including cash management, stock control, and compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.
- Drive client development and local prospecting to expand the customer base.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales objectives in collaboration with the Boutique Director.
- Facilitate team motivation and training through regular meetings and on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure compliance with annual net margin policies, including discount authorizations and cost control.
- Resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly boutique performance reports.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a director or assistant director in the luxury sector, preferably in Paris.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs.
- Versatile in task execution with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
