1. Own and scale the Looker platform across multiple business domains.
2. Act as the central expert for Looker governance, performance, and best practices.
3. Mentor analysts and business users in LookML development and dashboarding.
4. Enable self-service analytics while maintaining model quality and data integrity.
5. Optimize Looker and BigQuery for performance and cost-efficiency.
6. Establish scalable workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
7. Collaborate with Data Engineers to design trusted, high-performing data models.
8. Serve as the go-to partner for business teams across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Controlling.

1. Deep knowledge of LookML modeling, Looker governance, and performance tuning.
2. Strong experience with SQL and BigQuery in enterprise reporting contexts.
3. Solid background in supporting cross-functional business domains in a data environment.
4. Proven skills in mentoring, stakeholder communication, and platform enablement.
5. Experience managing Looker as a platform and implementing governance frameworks.

1. Structured and independent working style with strong team spirit.
2. Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is advantageous.

Significant experience in data analytics, specifically with Looker and BigQuery, in an enterprise setting.
