1. Assist in the creation of ad-hoc analyses, report evaluations, trend and potential analyses, and optimization proposals.
2. Collaborate closely with the Business Support Manager, Key Account Management, and Trade Marketing teams.
3. Maintain and monitor action plans.
4. Participate in strategic projects and actively engage in sales meetings.
5. Experience the daily operations of the field sales team.
6. Develop constructive improvement proposals to take on more responsibility and manage complex projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or in a gap year.
2. Demonstrates strong engagement, numerical affinity, and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in Excel.
4. Possesses excellent German and English language skills.
5. Has initial practical experience in sales or distribution through internships.
