1. Support in creating ad-hoc analyses, evaluating reports, trend and potential analyses, and optimization proposals.
2. Collaborate closely with the Business Support Manager, Key Account Management, and Trade Marketing teams.
3. Maintain and monitor action plans.
4. Participate in strategic projects and actively engage in sales meetings.
5. Experience the daily operations of the field sales team.
6. Develop constructive improvement proposals and manage complex projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (Bachelor or Master) or in a gap year.

1. Commitment and affinity for numbers.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
3. Initial practical experience in sales or distribution through internships.
4. Excellent German and English language skills.
5. Proactive and eager to learn.

Beginner level experience, ideally gained through internships in sales or distribution.

Enrollment in a business-related degree program (Bachelor or Master) or in a gap year.
