1. Support the Human Resources department in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with applicant management, including job postings, candidate selection, and interview coordination.
2. Engage in employer branding activities, such as participating in recruiting fairs.
3. Provide employee support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR document preparation.
4. Assist in process improvements and support global HR projects.
5. Undertake small independent projects and gain insights into diverse HR tasks, including CSR and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

1. Enrollment in a Business Administration program with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
2. Practical experience in HR is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Strong communication skills in both German and English.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high commitment, independence, and reliability.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some practical HR experience.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
