1. Execute all mechanical tasks independently, including soil maintenance such as plowing, inter-row cultivation, and mowing.
2. Perform phytosanitary treatments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
3. Conduct canopy management tasks such as trimming, pre-pruning, and shredding of vine shoots.
4. Participate in harvest operations, including driving harvest trailers and ensuring the efficient operation of the grape reception line.
5. Engage in manual vineyard tasks and seasonal work, including winter pruning and tying, as well as green work like debudding and lifting.
6. Maintain vineyard infrastructure, including trellis repair and irrigation system upkeep.
7. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment.
8. Report observations on the vineyard's health and overall estate condition.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tractor operator in a vineyard setting.
