Moët Hennessy Tractor Operator
Château du Galoupet, a distinguished wine estate under the Moët Hennessy Wine Estates umbrella, is located in the picturesque region of La Londe-les-Maures, France. As part of the esteemed LVMH group, the estate is renowned for its exceptional terroir and its production of high-quality rosé wines, combining traditional methods with technical precision to uphold the legacy of Provence's finest wines.
- Execute all mechanical tasks independently, including soil maintenance such as plowing, inter-row cultivation, and mowing.
- Perform phytosanitary treatments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct canopy management tasks such as trimming, pre-pruning, and shredding of vine shoots.
- Participate in harvest operations, including driving harvest trailers and ensuring the efficient operation of the grape reception line.
- Engage in manual vineyard tasks and seasonal work, including winter pruning and tying, as well as green work like debudding and lifting.
- Maintain vineyard infrastructure, including trellis repair and irrigation system upkeep.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Report observations on the vineyard's health and overall estate condition.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tractor operator in a vineyard setting.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining agricultural machinery.
- Strong understanding of vineyard operations and seasonal tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental standards.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in vineyard tractor operations is required.
