Senior HR Manager

- Provide strategic HR support to leadership teams on organization, talent management, employee engagement, performance, and succession planning.
- Coach and support managers in developing leadership capabilities and managing teams.
- Implement initiatives to maintain a harmonious and high-performing culture, advising on conflict resolution, labor law, and reorganizations.
- Collaborate with management to implement training programs, career growth, and leadership development.
- Ensure HR operations comply with laws, company policies, and best practices, overseeing HR administration for a smooth employee experience.
- Supervise payroll and benefits for Chateau Galoupet and Minuty, in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Forecast staffing needs and manage recruitment to meet organizational requirements.
- Maintain and improve HR systems for accurate data and effective analysis.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives for an equitable workplace.
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Promote Rosés De Provence as an employer of choice.
- Oversee onboarding of new hires for a positive experience.
- Assist in designing effective organizational structures, especially for newly acquired houses.
- Support change management initiatives and cultural integration.
- Develop communication strategies for organizational changes.
- Manage and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with MH Wine Estates HR teams to share best practices and ensure alignment.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is desired.
- Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and influence business decisions.
- Experience in coaching and developing managers and teams to enhance organizational performance.
- Deep understanding of French labor law, regulations, and best practices.
- Multicultural sensitivity to manage HR operations across different regions and cultures.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), payroll systems, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex HR challenges.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering and operations. Previous leadership experience in a multi-site organization, preferably in the wine, spirits, or luxury goods industries, is highly desired.
