1. Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide timely, accurate reporting across the organization.
2. Perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Ensure inventory control aligns with Moët Hennessy standards.
4. Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to support asset management.
5. Compile and prepare budget, forecast, and Mid Term Plan (PMT) submissions with local managers.
6. Assist the Finance Director with project reporting, analysis, and strategic business risk and opportunity analysis.
7. Support the Hospitality Team with reporting and performance reviews.
8. Manage lease contracts and oversee IFRS 16 reporting.
9. Establish and maintain productive relationships with all key stakeholders.

1. Tertiary qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Commerce is desirable.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a business or operations analytical role, preferably within a winery.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make critical decisions.
2. Excellent judgment and mature business acumen.
3. Integrity, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach.
4. Ability to manage conflicts, stress, and challenging situations effectively.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
7. Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

A minimum of five years in a business or operations analytical role, ideally within the winery sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Commerce is desirable.
