Moët Hennessy Operations Controller

- Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide timely, accurate reporting across the organization.
- Perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure inventory control aligns with Moët Hennessy standards.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to support asset management.
- Compile and prepare budget, forecast, and Mid Term Plan (PMT) submissions with local managers.
- Assist the Finance Director with project reporting, analysis, and strategic business risk and opportunity analysis.
- Support the Hospitality Team with reporting and performance reviews.
- Manage lease contracts and oversee IFRS 16 reporting.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Commerce is desirable.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a business or operations analytical role, preferably within a winery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make critical decisions.
- Excellent judgment and mature business acumen.
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage conflicts, stress, and challenging situations effectively.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
A minimum of five years in a business or operations analytical role, ideally within the winery sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Commerce is desirable.
