1. Lead the general services activities ensuring the health and safety of team members.
2. Supervise team scheduling to maintain continuous site operations.
3. Implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Participate in the development of service specifications and manage contract execution.
5. Develop and monitor operational and investment budgets for the sites.
6. Coordinate communication activities, maintenance of green spaces, cleaning, waste removal, reception, and telephone operations.
7. Manage the vehicle fleet.
8. Collaborate with the hospitality service to organize events.
9. Ensure site security through management of security personnel.
10. Oversee real estate improvement projects, including staff accommodations.
11. Recommend and execute necessary works to maintain the estate's image and compliance.
