Finance Services Manager

- Manage cash flow analysis and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Coordinate with MH Tax on transfer pricing policy and maintain documentation.
- Supervise the controlling, reporting, and analysis of central costs for the Maisons.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, including complex topics in Argentina and integration of new Maisons.
- Mentor and manage a junior finance professional, fostering a culture of excellence.
- University degree or business school with a major in Finance.
- Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate commitment.
5-10 years of experience in finance, preferably within a complex business environment.
University degree or business school with a major in Finance.
Local French contract with opportunities for team management and career progression.
