Moët Hennessy Finance & Operations Assistant

- Support month-end close processes and manage invoicing and expenditure monitoring.
- Oversee supplier creation in SAP Ariba and manage purchase orders and office supply procurement.
- Coordinate stock management in markets and vintage allocations, overseeing shipment planning and required documentation.
- Report actuals and analyze P&L data, supporting costing analysis and participating in monthly KPI presentations.
- Manage daily stock control, perform reconciliations, and prepare for audits, overseeing free bottle stock and reporting.
- Collaborate on budget forecasting and incorporate budget figures into the supply chain strategy.
- Handle reception duties, manage incoming calls, oversee security procedures, and manage courier/postage services.
- Contribute to internal control assessments and support audits, participating in software improvement initiatives.
- Degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft packages.
- Strong understanding of financial systems.
- Excellent anticipation, planning, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and rigorous approach.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field is required.
Degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling.
