1. Support month-end close processes and manage invoicing and expenditure monitoring.
2. Oversee supplier creation in SAP Ariba and manage purchase orders and office supply procurement.
3. Coordinate stock management in markets and vintage allocations, overseeing shipment planning and required documentation.
4. Report actuals and analyze P&L data, supporting costing analysis and participating in monthly KPI presentations.
5. Manage daily stock control, perform reconciliations, and prepare for audits, overseeing free bottle stock and reporting.
6. Collaborate on budget forecasting and incorporate budget figures into the supply chain strategy.
7. Handle reception duties, manage incoming calls, oversee security procedures, and manage courier/postage services.
8. Contribute to internal control assessments and support audits, participating in software improvement initiatives.

1. Degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft packages.
2. Strong understanding of financial systems.
3. Excellent anticipation, planning, communication, and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and rigorous approach.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field is required.

Degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling.
