Moët Hennessy Business Developer

- Drive business growth for Château Minuty by collaborating with the Moët Sales team and local distributors to secure new listings.
- Utilize industry knowledge and networks to define target lists and expand Château Minuty's distribution.
- Promote 'By the Glass' listings of Château Minuty.
- Attend customer meetings as necessary and propose efficient activation opportunities.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, educating and inspiring internal and external staff to become advocates.
- Cultivate relationships and enhance brand reputation with Trade influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Participate in events such as Trade shows, consumer events, PR activities, bar takeovers, and masterclasses.
- Engage actively on social media platforms.
- Implement global programs within the market and support new product and innovation projects.
- Assist with the development of brand training toolkits and Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on results and trends.
- Master’s degree.
- WSET Level 2 Award in Wine (desirable).
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to network and build strong relationships.
- Awareness of local and global market and consumer trends.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and high personal drive.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation and influencing.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or as a brand ambassador, with a proven track record in business development and delivering category or brand training programs. Experience with a brand-building company is desirable.
Master’s degree
The position offers an 18-month VIE contract with the requirement of a J1 Visa.
