Business Developer
Moët Hennessy Wine Estates, a part of the prestigious LVMH group, is renowned for its exceptional wines and spirits. Château Minuty, a family-owned winery since 1936, is celebrated for its artisanal production of rosé, white, and red wines emblematic of the Côtes de Provence region.
- Drive the business for Château Minuty by collaborating with the Moët Sales team and local distributors to secure new listings.
- Utilize industry knowledge and network to define target lists and expand Château Minuty's distribution.
- Promote 'By the glass' listings of Château Minuty.
- Attend customer meetings as needed.
- Identify and implement efficient activation opportunities.
- Educate and inspire internal and external staff to become brand advocates.
- Build relationships and enhance brand reputation with trade influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Participate in events, trade shows, bar takeovers, and masterclasses.
- Maintain an active presence on social media.
- Implement global programs in the market.
- Support new product and innovation projects.
- Assist with brand training toolkits and POSM materials.
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on results and trends.
- Master’s degree
- WSET L2 Award in Wine (desirable)
- Driving license
- Fluency in English
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to network and build strong relationships
- Awareness of local and global market and consumer trends
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media execution
- Entrepreneurial behavior: initiative, problem-solving, flexibility, high personal drive and motivation
- Project management and time management
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
Minimum 2 years of sales or brand ambassador experience with a proven track record in business development. Experience in delivering category or brand training programs and working for a brand-building company is desirable.
Master’s degree
VIE contract for 18 months. J1 Visa required.
The role is based half of the year in the Hamptons, New York State, and the other half in South Florida, either Miami or Palm Beach. It offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial start-up spirit within a prestigious global company.
